In high school she became very interested in the environment, leading the Environmental Club. At Northwestern University she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the Medill School of Journalism, with a concentration in Environmental Sociology. These combined fields of study allowed Dana to explore the plight of people as well as the world. She went on to receive a Master’s Degree from New York University in Real Estate Finance and Investment and continues her charitable work in New York City where she currently resides.
